Normas del alojamiento

No se puede superar el número máximo de huéspedes. Por lo que no se permite la visita ni el alojamiento de personas no registradas durante el check-in de la vivienda.
Respetar horario de minimización de ruidos de 22:00h-08:00h, según establece la ley.
No se permite el uso de vasos de cristal/botellas o copas en el interior de la piscina, ya que puede suponer un riesgo para su seguridad.
Queda terminantemente prohibido saltar desde la terraza o zambullirse de cabeza en la piscina.
El uso de la barbacoa queda supeditado a la limpieza posterior a su uso. No se podrá utilizar durante los días de alerta meteorológica por riesgo de incendio.
No está permitido el deshecho de residuos en lugares no destinados a ello. Se ofrece papeleras a disposición de las huéspedes a lo largo de la vivienda para su depósito.
Respetar el entorno. No se permite regar o suministrar productos a los árboles frutales. El personal del alojamiento se encargará de su mantenimiento.
Se permite un uso razonable y adecuado de las instalaciones como piscina y barbacoa siempre que se respeten los puntos previos.
Queda prohibido desplazar mobiliario de su situación.
No se permite estacionar en cualquier lugar. Hay disponible zona de aparcamiento para los huéspedes, que será establecida por el personal del alojamiento.
En caso de ausentarse del alojamiento, mantener cerradas puertas y ventanas. Asimismo, rogamos nos ayuden a cuidar del medio ambiente manteniendo las luces apagadas y cerrando los grifos de agua cuando no se estén utilizando.
Espacio sin humo. Se prohíbe el consumo de tabaco en el interior de la vivienda.
Cualquier daño o desperfecto en la vivienda deberá ser comunicado de inmediato al personal del alojamiento.
No se admiten mascotas.

Recordamos a los huéspedes de Raíces Vivas que estas normas son de obligado cumplimiento y de no llevarse a cabo podrían aplicarse sanciones durante el check-out.

Accommodation rules

The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded. Therefore, it is not allowed the visit or accommodation of unregistered persons during the check-in of the flat.
Respect the noise minimisation timetable from 22:00h-08:00h, as established by law.
The use of crystal glasses/bottles or cups inside the swimming pool is not allowed, as it may pose a risk to your safety.
It is strictly forbidden to jump from the terrace or dive head first into the pool.
The use of the barbecue is subject to cleaning after use. It may not be used on weather alert days due to the risk of fire.
It is not permitted to dispose of waste in places not intended for this purpose. Litter bins are provided throughout the accommodation for guests to deposit their rubbish.
Respect the environment. It is not permitted to water or feed the fruit trees. They will be maintained by the staff of the accommodation.
A reasonable and appropriate use of the facilities such as swimming pool and barbecue is allowed as long as the previous points are respected.
It is forbidden to move furniture from its location.
Parking is not permitted anywhere. There is a parking area available for guests, which will be established by the staff of the accommodation.
If you are away from the accommodation, please keep doors and windows closed. Also, please help us to take care of the environment by keeping the lights off and turning off the water taps when not in use.
Smoke-free space. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
Any damage or malfunction in the accommodation must be reported immediately to the accommodation staff.
Pets are not allowed.

We remind the guests of Raíces Vivas that these rules must be complied with and if they are not followed, penalties may be applied during check-out.
